A Short Biography of Professor Thomas Schalow
Education and Life
Thomas Schalow received his Ph.D. from Princeton University in October 1989. After graduation he took charge of the CIEE Japan Business and Society Program in Tokyo, and then moved to Singapore to teach at the National University of Singapore. A few years later he was back in Japan teaching at the Nagoya University of Business and Commerce. In 1999 he left Nagoya to live and teach in Kobe at the University of Marketing and Distribution Sciences.
